Refund and Cancellation Policy

April 8, 2013: policies updated to new fee structure and deadlines.

Cancellation Policy
Registration to BOOST2013 cannot be cancelled after payment is received, except in cases where both organizers and attendant agree to a cancellation. If you should need to cancel your registration, please contact the organizers at boost2013_at_physics.arizona.edu as soon as possible. Please understand that only the most severe reasons can be accepted for cancellation.

Refund policy
Once the BOOST2013 organizers agree to the cancellation of a registration, a refund will be issued. To cover transaction and other bank fees, and other costs, the maximum refundable amount is US $360.00 for a reduced conference fee of US $450.00. If a cancellation is accepted after paying the regular registration fee of US$500.00, the total refundable amount is US $400.00.

Fee and payment policy
The reduced workshop fee is US $450.00 if paid before July 12, 2013. This fee covers all services provided by the workshop, including internet access, refreshments, lunches, and the workshop dinner. Late registration after July 12, 2013 is possible at the regular fee of US $500.00 (until the last day of registration on August 2, 2013). The fee can be paid with a major credit card on our payment web site after registration. Payments of the regular fee only are also accepted at the workshop location at the beginning of the workshop. Any other payment method should be coordinated with the workshop organizers well before the July 12, 2013 deadline.
